Title issues on some properties were discovered and reported to us by Jeremy which also protected us from future problems. After many, many viewings we finally found the exact home we wanted. Jeremy worked with us in enlisting appraisers, finding loan options and clearing up various issues which could have stopped the purchase at the last minute. This house searching experience was lengthy and sometimes tiring, but Jeremy never failed to keep on trying and supporting us in our search.
